Description: This webinar will focus on the importance and challenges of accessible road transportation for the quality of life of people with disabilities. We will discuss driverless and shared-use automated vehicles, what these are, and what promise they hold for addressing community mobility needs of individuals with disabilities, using examples from ongoing projects related to the accessible and inclusive design of these emerging transportation technologies.
