The designation of Fellow is the highest recognition bestowed by the Human Factors and Ergonomics Society. Election to the HFES College of Fellows is an honor conferred by peers to distinguished colleagues in recognition of their outstanding achievements, consistently superior professional performance, exceptional contributions to the field, and personal service to the Society, along with other meritorious accomplishments.
