HFES Strategic Goals, Core Values and Guiding Principles
The HFES Executive Council and Division Chairs commenced the work of developing new strategic goals for the Society at their March 2024 mid-year meeting. Subsequent work resulted in the approval and adoption of these strategic goals in May 2024. The new Core Values and Guiding Principles were approved and adopted in June 2024.
The work of each of the committees of HFES should map to one, if not more, strategic goals and we are engaged in working with committees to plan activities that align with their purpose and with the newly approved operational and transformational strategic goals.
