Are you a faculty member navigating the early stages of your academic career? The Junior Faculty Academy to be held during ASPIRE - the 69th International HFES Annual Meeting - is designed specifically for you!
Join us for engaging and interactive sessions that address the unique challenges faced by new faculty in human factors, ergonomics and related disciplines. Whether you are refining your research agenda, balancing teaching and service, seeking external funding, or growing your professional network, this academy offers valuable insights and support to help you succeed.
Participation Requirements
To participate, attendees must meet the following criteria:
- Be a full-time faculty member in their first three years of a tenure-track or equivalent academic position
- Submit a brief application, including:
- Nomination letter from a department chair/head (two pages maximum)
- Nominee’s Curriculum Vitae
- A short bio (200 words maximum)
- A statement of interest, including specific topics or questions you'd like addressed (300 words maximum)
