UX Mini Conference

Join us on October 14-15, 2025 for the UX Mini Conference at ASPIRE with the option to attend workshops and the ASPIRE opening welcome reception Reception on October 13.  The UX Mini Conference is for user researchers‚ interaction designers‚ user interface developers and anyone interested in user experience topics.

Submissions are accepted through February 13! Submission types include:

  • 20-minute Case Studies showcasing real-world applications, experiences, and lessons learned 
  • 20-minute interactive Demonstration of a tool or technique (practical not commercial)
  • 90-minute Panels with no more than six panelists
  • 3 or 6 hour Workshops (Monday only)

NOTE: Submissions for the UX Mini Conference will use the HFES ASPIRE submission site.  Be sure to choose User Experience as your technical area on the submission form.
