Student volunteering at ASPIRE is both a responsibility and a rewarding experience. Student volunteers perform essential functions and help to ensure that the HFES Annual Meeting runs smoothly.
In order to volunteer, full-time students must register and pay the full applicable registration fee for ASPIRE before applying. Students will be asked to volunteer for 4 hours to receive a 50% refund on their registration fees. Refunds, which do not include fees for special events such as workshops and tours, are processed after the meeting. HFES Student Affiliate members are given priority. A limited number of opportunities exist, and will be granted on a first come first serve basis.
