• The hotel cutoff date to secure a room within the HFES room block is March 7, or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first

Presenter Related:

• March 21^st – Deadline for on-site printing of posters (if you are presenting a poster)
• May 9^th – Proceedings Upload Deadline
• Slide submissions are not required
