HFES has negotiated a specially discounted room rate for Health Care Symposium attendees of $265 CAD single/double (exclusive of taxes). A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each guest’s reservation at the time of reservation. Full refund of this deposit will be given to cancellations received 72 hours prior to arrival. For deposits within 72 hours of arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.

Reservation Cutoff
The hotel cutoff date to secure a room within the HFES room block is March 7, 2025, or until rooms sell out, whichever occurs first.

When you reserve your hotel room, we ask that you stay in the HFES-designated hotel within the HFES room block. Staying at the Hilton Chicago greatly reduces meeting expenses when we negotiate with hotels for future rates. When we do not meet our room guarantee at the hotel, penalties are charged. These penalties can raise registration fees for upcoming meetings. Please support HFES and stay within our room block.
