About this Inaugural Regional Meeting

On Friday, April 11, 2025, HFES is launching the Inaugural HFES Regional Meetings, a one-day, in-person gathering designed to bring HF/E professionals together for impactful programming and networking opportunities closer to home. These five pilot regional events, backed up by HFES International, will take place in key regions across the U.S., allowing for greater accessibility to the benefits of face-to-face collaboration, typically found only at ASPIRE or our Healthcare Symposium.

  • Dynamic Programming: Engaging regional and national sessions tailored to regional interests and challenges in the HF/E field
  • Networking Opportunities: Connect with peers, share insights, and spark collaborations within your local community
  • Cost-Effective Participation: Spend less time traveling and more time connecting with other professionals

This community consists of human factors and ergonomics engineers, designers, developers, designated company specialists and students in and around the region. A variety of presentation formats have been identified to facilitate both information sharing and socializing.

Help us spread the word!
