The HFES International Symposium on Human Factors and Ergonomics in Health Care is the leading educational activity and forum attracting more than 800 human factors experts, pharmaceutical and medical device companies, biomedical engineers, healthcare providers, federal agency teams and patient safety researchers to discuss real-world examples and experiences and find solutions for challenges in health care.
Each tabletop provides two exhibitor-only badges and one complimentary full symposium registration per exhibit table purchased. The one complimentary symposium attendee registration includes admittance to the Welcome Reception on Sunday, March 30, education sessions beginning Monday, March 31, lunch on March 31 and two poster sessions/receptions. Sunday workshops and the Robotics Summit are not included. Exhibitors may purchase additional exhibit-only badges at $400 each. Exhibitor-only registrations do not receive the benefits of full symposium registration. There is a limit of three exhibit staff per tabletop at all times. Exhibit-only personnel are invited to lunch on Monday, March 31.
